¿How can I reserve a luggage locker at LOCK&EXPLORE?
By visiting the website www.lockandexplore.com you can choose the desired reservation date and the locker size that best suits your needs. Upon payment with a debit or credit card, you will receive a code via email to store your luggage.
¿What sizes are the lockers of LOCK&EXPLORE?
We offer two sizes of lockers: M (409mm x 570mm x 398mm) and XL (409mm x 570mm x 841mm).
What are your opening hours?
You can access LOCK&EXPLORE 24 hours a day, every day.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
It is recommended to make a reservation in advance to ensure locker availability. However, you can also make a reservation just before using the locker if there is availability.
Until what time can I retrieve my luggage?
The rental is for one day, so you will have until 11:59 PM to retrieve your belongings. If you decide to extend it, you can do so without any issues, and you will be charged for the natural days you use the luggage lockers.

Can I access the locker at any time?
Yes, you can access the locker anytime until 11:59 PM with the code assigned to you by the system.
For how long can I rent a locker?
Locker rentals are per day. Rentals can be made for up to 30 consecutive days. If you need longer rental periods, please contact us via phone at +34 652 630 891 or email at reservas@lockandexplore.com
Can I cancel the luggage storage reservation?
Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of the service, and you will receive a full refund via the same payment method used for the service. Cancellations are not accepted during peak periods such as Easter Week and the April Fair, or for reservations subject to any promotion.
Are my belongings secure?
The lockers are designed to provide maximum security. We have 24-hour video surveillance with an alarm in the premises. Additionally, we have insurance for customers' belongings.
Can I leave valuable items at LOCK&EXPLORE?
Yes, you can leave valuable items, but we are not responsible for them as indicated in the “general conditions”. It is advisable to ensure that the locker doors and the exit door of the premises are securely closed. However, the premises are under 24-hour video surveillance.
