It is recommended to make a reservation in advance to ensure locker availability. However, you can also make a reservation just before using the locker if there is availability.

The rental is for one day, so you will have until 11:59 PM to retrieve your belongings. If you decide to extend it, you can do so without any issues, and you will be charged for the natural days you use the lockers.

The luggage lockers are designed to provide maximum security. We have 24-hour video surveillance with an alarm in the premises. Additionally, we have insurance for customers' belongings.

Yes, you can leave valuable items, but we are not responsible for them as indicated in the “general conditions”. It is advisable to ensure that the locker doors and the exit door of the premises are securely closed. However, the premises are under 24-hour video surveillance.
